how do you get the banners in your profile???

Welcome to WA and enjoy yourself. Regarding banners, once you have around 100 posts then you can request one at the graphics section or since your new, search through the free thread in the graphics area.

Upload your banner on sites such as tinypic.com, do not use imageshack here. Once you've uploaded it paste the [IMG][/IMG] code in the area titled "firma", which is located when you click edit profile.
