Megaupload question

ehy guys, if anyone could help me I have a question. i was downloading matches off of megaupload and it said my download limit is excceded, then it goes to an error page, whats that mean? I mean I know it means I can't download a certain point I guess, but how do i fix it?

For me I can just close my internet browser then reopen and the download limit is resetted.
