i seriously think this should be one of those always there threads like the rules n stuff ones.
because wrestling and bodybuilding are hand in hand.
and i understand that there are many bodybuilders here in the WA like myself.
like, i think it should always be there so people could talk about fitness and answer questions on stuff like eating habits or workout routines.

so what do you guys think of that kind of forum area?
for example-
i live in Arizona and i run in the heat at least 4x a week.
i work out at get seriouse gym, along with Superstar Billy Graham.
i take Whey protian every day of the week and i workout 5x a week twice a-day.
weekly routine-
monday-chest/shoulders
tuesday-back/arms
wednesday-legs/abdominals
thursday-arms/chest
friday-shoulders/back
i think it would be GREAT for the WA to have a fitness form. what do you all think?
