whats a noob?

ok,i was in the GFX forum reading the rules,and it says no noobs can post there.first of all,whats a noob?number of post?understanding of the forum?quality of post?.second,am i considered a noob still?(infact..right now i think im sounding like one lol)i wana vote in those battles,keep up the good work guys

personally i hate the words noob or nooby or ownd or pwnd, i think they are stupid ass words invented by a 10 year old who never leaves his computer always playin warcraft or some crap.
i dont consider you a new person (what noob means) to this site.
someoen with 100 or below is pretty new.

just look at your rating-

jobber, low carder, midcarder, main eventer, superstar, chairman , living legend (i think in that order).

jobber-midcarder is a "noob" i hate that flippen word.

i know,i hate stereotyping people by sayin there a "noob" i just wanted to know if i could vote in the GFX forum without geting wrned or something like that

your apparently not a new person (funk noob) if you have that cool banner n stuff. i actually dont know how to put a banner or stuff like that under what i say.

all you really need to vote is be a mid carder and you are that so you can vote in battles if thats what your asking..

this is off topic i know,but to post a pic like mine on your sig just get a banner,save it on your computer,then on photobucket then basicly if you have ever posted a pic its the same as that,post it on your profile with the ural and the IMG and /IMG thang
