I can't change my avatar and signature

i don't understand italian so can someone help me changing my avatar and signature thanks.

Int he top right it says profile click it than you go to a italian page where again in the top right it says user and pass you type in your username password hit enter than the page will load and still on the top but on the left side you click where it says profilio after that you scroll down and type in the URL in the box that says avatar (thats 4 your avy obviously) and further down it says firma and firma alterniva thats ur sig/ alternate sig. 4 banners and pics u gotta use the IMG tags and finally at the bottom of the page you hit modifica and your set. you prolly couldnt do this cause ur not logged in
